When it comes to wedding dresses, the most popular shades tend to be snow white, pure white, ivory, and cream. And even though they may seem incredibly similar, each one has the power either to enhance your natural beauty or subtly take away from your glow.

Let’s start with cream, and you probably know why.
Cream is one of those shades that looks truly beautiful mainly on warm undertones, especially when paired with soft colour saturation. Pure white can be tricky on those with softer colouring, especially warm-toned flowers such as Buttercup, soft Marigold, and Rudbeckia. It may appear too bright or stark, sometimes overshadowing the bride’s natural beauty rather than enhancing it.

Snow white is bright, crisp, and cool-toned, so it works best when your colouring reflects those same qualities.
