Zazu Feu provides digital colour guides, educational content, and personalised colour analysis services.All content is created based on experience, observation, and artistic interpretation. Results may vary from individual expectations.
2. Digital Products
All digital products (including Colour Guide Books and PDF downloads) are non-refundable.
Digital items are for personal use only.
You may not copy, share, redistribute, resell, modify, publish, or use them for commercial purposes.
You are allowed to print the guide for your personal use.
3. Personalised Services (Bloom, Blossom, Flourish)
Refunds for personalised services are only available if the service is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
To request a cancellation, email zazufeu@gmail.com with your name and order details.
After 24 hours, the service becomes non-refundable, as preparation and analysis begin.
Results from personalised analysis may differ from self-typed results.
If this occurs, you will receive the Colour Guide that matches your Zazu Feu analysis.
4. Accuracy of Results
All Zazu Feu typing is conducted with care, using information and photographs provided by you.
You agree to follow the instructions for submitting photos (natural light, no makeup, no filters).
The accuracy of your analysis depends on the quality of the information and images you provide.
Colour typing is an interpretative service and not an exact science; therefore, results cannot be guaranteed.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website.
Zazu Feu reserves the right to update prices at any time.
Payment is required at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, PDF guides, logos, branding, and design — is the intellectual property of Zazu Feu.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any materials is strictly prohibited.
