1. Refunds for Personalised Services (Bloom, Blossom, Flourish)
Refunds are available only for personalised services under the following condition:
You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing the service.
After 24 hours, refunds are no longer available, as preparation and analysis begin immediately.

The service you purchased
Your order confirmation (if available)
We value your time and trust, and we ask that you value ours in return by contacting us promptly if you wish to cancel.
2. Digital Products (Colour Guide Books & PDFs)
All digital products are non-refundable.
Due to their nature, once a digital file is delivered, we cannot revoke access.
Please ensure you are selecting the correct colour guide before purchasing.
If you are unsure of your colour type, we recommend visiting our service page for personalised analysis.
3. Incorrect or Missing Downloads
If you experience any issues accessing your digital files, please:
Check your spam or junk folder.
If the files are not there, contact us at zazufeu@gmail.com and we will resend them.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on digital products.
However, if you purchased a personalised service and your Zazu Feu result differs from your self-typed result, you will automatically receive the colour guide for your correct Zazu Feu colour type.
